Progress on Dilmunia’s residential developments is firmly on track. On completion, Dilmunia will offer residents a choice of lifestyle-focused studio apartments, waterside townhouses, high-end condominiums and deluxe waterfront sea villas – all created with a relaxing island lifestyle in mind.

Master planning of Dilmunia has been completed with the final master plan regarding land use and urban density submitted to authorities for approval. In April, the infrastructure contract was awarded to the renowned AA Grade contractor Cebarco and is expected to be completed in April 2015. In parallel to this will be the completion of certain sub-developments on the island meaning purchasers will be able to buy some of the residential plots by mid-2015.

The first properties to be completed will be the luxurious Seavilla development, a low-density range of 32 exclusive 3-storey private waterfront homes offering spectacular views inside and out and positioned in clusters spanning over 20,000m². Seavilla is due to be completed in March 2015.
